When sending design files for DTF printing, it is the customer's full responsibility that the files comply with the requirements below. We may choose to review the files, but we do not guarantee quality checks. Errors in file resolution, size, or format do not entitle to complaints, refunds, or reprinting

✅ File format: PNG (with transparent background)
✅ Resolution: 300 DPI
✅ Colors: RGB
✅ Size: In the desired print size (e.g., 25x20 cm)
✅ Background: None – transparent background (not white or black)
✅ No blurring: The image must not be pixelated or upscaled
✅ Text: Converted to outlines (if vector)
