PBO now offers our very own pre-processing system specially made for DTG printing.

Pre-treating one t-shirt at a time is no more, because now you can pre-treat larger quantities of clothes and store them so they are always ready.

This provides lots of benefits for you;

1. Lower cost per t-shirt (cut 40% less pretreatment needed)
2. Lower labor costs
3. Faster workflow (equal to lower costs and higher profits)
4. Products can be stored for up to 12 months (depending on the storage environment)
5. You can print on the ENTIRE product (More sales opportunities)

But if you are not yet ready to invest in the machines, we also offer to sell pre-treated t-shirts. Among other things, Gildan 2000 and Bella Canvas 3001 (NOTE these t-shirts are officially sold only from Q1-Q2 2023)
